The Infrared (FIR) Sauna Wrap MY-230BH is a full-enclosure FIR device, with full-enclosure controlled body heating zones, highly suitable for home use. Sturdy and made for frequent operation. Provides a complete infrared (FIR) sauna blanket experience. The Infrared Sauna Wrap is also portable and easy to clean, for travel or home use. The direct infrared heat from the blanket allows for gentle radiant relaxation of the muscles, weight loss, body shaping and controlled perspiration.

INFRARED SAUNA WRAP MY-230BH SYSTEM COMPOSITION AND FUNCTIONS:

The MY-230BH Far Infrared FIR SAUNA WRAP is composed of a control box, a thermal blanket, a power cord, a digital handheld controller and connection leads.

Digital Handheld Controller:	adjusts and controls the temperature and timer settings of the blanket.
Power Box:	supplies main power to the hand-held controller.
Thermal Blanket:	conducts heating to the body. Made of PU (polyurethane) fabric, and a sponge layer (XLPE cotton) with canvas lining, with heating elements of carbon fiber
Power Cord:	supplies main power to the control box.
Connection Leads:	connects the thermal blanket to the control box.

HANDHELD CONTROLLER DISPLAY AND FUNCTIONS OF THE KEYS:

ON/OFF	Switches the system "ON" or "OFF"
Temperature Key ()	Press to increase or press to decrease the temperature, 1° C for each press.
Timer Key ()	Press to increase or press to decrease the time, 5 minutes for each press.
Temperature Display	Displays the chosen temperature in degrees Centigrade.
Timer Display	Displays the chosen timer in minute.
Start/Stop Key	Press Start/Stop key to start or stop the device after setting temperature and timer.

INFRARED SAUNA WRAP MY-230BH OPERATION PROCEDURE:

1.	Place the Infrared SAUNA WRAP on a flat surface, such as the bed or floor.
2.	Wrap your body in the blanket. If a massage or body oil is used, then it is recommended to first wrap the body in a plastic film or sheet to protect the thermal blanket.
3.	Put the control box on a flat surface such as a table.
4.	Turn the main power switch on at the back of the control box. The red ‘Power’ indicating light on the handheld controller will shine. The device has not started work yet, press ‘Power’ button to start.
5.	On the handheld controller, press Timer to set the working time. For each press, the time will increase or decrease by 5 minutes.
6.	Press Temperature to set the working temperature. For each press, the temperature will increase or decrease by 1° Centigrade. Set the temperature to your specific requirements.
7.	Press "‘Start/Stop" key to start the heating.
8.	When the timer counts down to ‘0’, the signal will sound three times and the digital timer will display ‘0’ showing the heating is over.
9.	If at any time you need to stop the session, just press the "Start/Stop"’ key. When the green indicating light goes off, the system will stop working.
10.	Wipe the sweat from the surface of the thermal blanket with a wet towel and dry it by laying it flat on a bed or table for more than 1 hour.
11.	Fold the blanket and store it in a dry and cool place.
SUGGESTED USE:
1.	When the room temperature is lower than 20 °C, you may preheat the blanket for 10 minutes prior to use.
2.	It is suggested that you are well hydrated by drinking a glass of water prior to using.
