INFRARED(FIR) SAUNA MAT MY-1F CONTROL PANEL:

•	Mode Key: to switch temperature and time.
•	Start Key: to start heating.
•	UP and Down Key : to increase / decrease temperature and time

HOW TO USE FAR INFRARED SAUNA MAT MY-1F:

1.	Put the sheet on a flat place and lie on the Sheet.
2.	Insert the plug of the sheet into the socket. Now the "TIME" indicating light will be on. Default time: 60 minutes.
3.	Press "Mode" to choose adjusting Temperature(30°C-45°C) or Time (60/75/90minutes). Press "UP and Down" to increase or decrease.
4.	Press "Start" to heating.

Mode Key	Switches the mode between TEMP or TIMER
Temperature Key	Press to increase or press to decrease the temperature from 30 °C - 45°, 1 °C for each time pressed.
Timer Key	Press to increase or press to decrease the time from 5 ~ 95 minutes, 5 minutes for each time pressed.
Start Key	Press Start key to start or stop the device after setting the temperature and timer. The Start key also act as the switch back to TEMP or TIMER setting.
Working indicator (green):	The indicator light will be on when the device is working; It will be off when the device is not working.
Power indicator (red ):	The indicator light will be on when the power is on.
