HOW TO USE INFRARED SPA (FIR) SAUNA BELT MY-1D:

| Wrap the belt around the belly or chosen body part. If a massage or body oil is used, you need to first wrap the body part with a plastic sheet to protect the Infrared Sauna Belt. Next insert the plug into the main power socket. |
