HOW TO USE THE INFRARED (FIR) KNEE, SHOULDER AND BACK PAD:

Control Panel

Mode	Press "Mode" button to set the temperature and time.
Temp	Press to increase or press to decrease the temperature from levels 1-9.
Time	Press to increase or press to decrease the time from 5 ~ 60 minutes, 5 minutes for each time pressed.
Start	Press "Start" key to start or stop the device after setting the temperature and timer.

1.	Wrap the Infrared pad directly around the waist, belly or shoulder.
2.	Insert the plug of the pad into a power socket. Now, the "TEMP" light (red) on the hand-held controller will be shining and the digital tube above will show default temperature at level 5. After that, press button "" to increase the temperature or press " " decrease, 1 level for each time pressed.
3.	Press "MODE" button once and "TIME" indicating light (yellow) will be shining. Meanwhile, the digital tube above will show the default time at 30 minutes. Then, press button "" to increase or press " " to decrease the time, 5 minutes for each time pressed.
4.	Press button "START" again to start working. Now the "Heating" light (green) will be shining and the pad will begin heating. When the temperature reaches the setting value, the indicating light (green) will go out.
5.	It is suggested that you apply the default temperature (Grade 5) and time (30 minutes)
6.	When the session is done, pull out the plug from the socket and clean the pad.
